Ive had the wrong mindset myself, and had it for many years, I was so focused on my weight that I totally forgot the other positive outcomes of my new healthier lifestyle, I got stronger, lost fat, my body composition changed drasticly, I became more energetic and confident, but the weight didnt move much, so I was constantly doubting myself if I was doing things right.
As years went by, I got to know my body and myself better, as I educated myself and grew mentally, it became clear to me that I was so much more than a shitty number on the scale, it became clear to me that it didnt determine whether im “good or bad”, health is undeniably wealth, and so much more than any number can ever justify, dont EVER let a number be the decisive factor whether you are good or bad.
