Accepting our “flaws”.
It’s so important that we look at ourselves in a raw and realistic way, why? Because fake, edited, retouched and unatainable body images are in our faces everywhere we look.
Like for myself, I struggled for years, to accept the size of my structure, I wasnt thin or tiny, which back then was a flaw to me. Today I couldnt care less about being thin or tiny, I love my structure, my curves, frame and what comes with it. When I finally bacame aware of what was realistic for me to achieve physically, fake “ideal” body images became inferior to my own ways of how I looked at myself, there was so much freedom in that.
Stop looking for yourself in someone else, that would be an endless pursuit and will eventually leave you unhappy, because you will fail! There’s only one you, embrace that one you, embrace what you have, grow on that one you and experience the glow you’ll build along the way.
