What are your 2019 fitness goals? Mine is to level up my cardio/endurance 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
Booty and core workout with @j.crvz :
1️⃣ plank walk 30 secs
2️⃣ smith squat 12 reps
3️⃣ smith donkey kick 15 reps
4️⃣ HIIT reverse step jump 10 reps
5️⃣ reverse plank walk 30 secs
6️⃣ single leg deadlift on bosu 12 reps
Repeat 3xs
